Our Bourbon Whiskey is made from local corn and wheat producing a smooth, sweet flavor that can only be derived from truly premium ingredients and meticulous attention to detail in how it is distilled. Our Bourbon Whiskey is aged in American white oak barrels, with the complement of toasted French oak, to maturity. All of our Bourbon is aged according to taste, not time, meaning every single barrel is opened and tasted at least once a month as it nears 2 years in age.

Outlaw Distillery’s Premium Honey Bourbon starts with our small-batch, single-barrel Bourbon Whiskey. We then infuse our bourbon with just the right amount of local, organic honey. The local citrus and clover honey we use contributes a raw natural sweetness that enhances the delicious sweet corn, caramel, and vanilla flavors inherent to our bourbon whiskey.

What is "White Whiskey"? 

Outlaw Distilery's White Whiskey is an American Whiskey made from all natural Oats and a native Utah grain called Triticale. Because this product is not aged in a barrel it retains the natural clear color of a distilled spirit. The deep, rich complexity of the Oats and Triticale bring out much more of the grain flavors (almost like a delicious piece of bread) that finishes with notes of sweet Oatmeal. Our White Whiskey was just awarded the BEST IN CLASS (of all American Whiskeys) award from the Fingerlakes International Wine and Spirits competition.

 A delicious complement to any liquor cabinet and an superb example of the impeccable distillation standards that can only come from a craft distillery.

Did you know, the federal definition of “Moonshine” is any illegally distilled or smuggled liquor?

That being said, Outlaw Distillery’s Moonshine by definition is NOT a “Moonshine”. A more appropriate definition would be to call this product a “Rumsky” (a perfect hybrid of whiskey and rum). In the process of making our moonshine, we use a combination of grains (corn and wheat) and sugar cane products (fancy molasses) producing a “Specialty Other” product according to the federal government.

The end result is a deliciously mild spirit that begins with a neutral flavor similar to that of a vodka, then transitions to an inviting grain-forward flavor, and finishes with a buttery sweet molasses finish. This rollercoaster of flavors will keep you guessing.

All told, this moonshine makes an incredible mixer. We recommend using our Moonshine in place of your typical clear liquors (instead of Vodka, silver rum, blanco tequila) or enjoy it as a sipping liquor and enjoy the diversity of flavors.

Outlaw Distillery’s Spiced Rum begins with some of the best molasses products on the market called "Fancy Molasses". By using a premium sugar cane product, you can be assured that Outlaw Distillery produces some of the best rum you will ever have.

To make a great rum even better, we use a unique blend of island spices to give our rum a flavor profile more like a chai latte or pumpkin pie. You will enjoy strong notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, cardamom, and allspice interacting with creamy vanillas, caramels, and buttery molasses flavors.

Outlaw Distilery's Vanilla Bean Rum begins as our Award Winning Rum distilled in-house then infused with the best raw Tahitian vanilla beans. 

The Vanilla Beans are sliced open then allowed to sit and infuse in the rum for at least 6 months. With no artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners our Vanilla Bean Rum is unlike any "vanilla" product on the market. We wanted to create a deep rich Vanilla Bean Rum that is equally as adept as a mixer in all your favorite rum cocktails as it is enjoyed neat.

It’s about time somebody made a “coffee” spirit that actually tastes like coffee…

Outlaw Distillery’s Coffee Rum is made in partnership with Bad Ass Coffee (a local coffee company). We begin by distilling world-class rum using high-quality molasses called "Fancy Molasses". We then use Bad Ass Coffee’s Signature Blend, which they fresh roast and deliver for us to create a delightful one-of-a-kind coffee infusion to our rum. This process is similar to how one might cold-brew their own coffee.

Our Coffee Rum tastes more like a fresh cup of black coffee than rum. At slightly less alcohol percentage than our other products (30% vs. 43%) this coffee rum can be used in all of your favorite brunch, or coffee cocktail recipes.
